Background
EDDIFIS was commissioned as a general contractor for the major refurbishment of a multilevel villa with several outbuildings dating from 1952 on a 2,700 m2 (29,000 sq. ft.)
landscaped plot.
The property was bought by a couple who wanted to see their children grow up in a wealthy residence with a lot of space that opened up onto the gardens overlooking the lake. We designed spaces that combine creativity, functionality and technicality. This complex project with a high surface area required a detailed feasibility study. Precise costing, a rigorous methodology and daily site monitoring were key to ensuring that the project was successfully completed and that the owner was fully satisfied. The quality of the work provided, respected deadlines and respected costs were the 3 commitments in our contract, and we honoured them all.

Technique
- Completely demolished the existing partitions and interior installations until only the structural frame was left
- Strengthened structures by underpinning them with reinforced concrete
- Redistributed all technical fluids: wastewater system, central boiler, dual flow ventilation, KNX home automation, multimedia systems, fire panel, video surveillance, etc.
- Received the VHEP (Very High Energetic Performance) certification label for all renovated and newly created surfaces

- Created and arranged thematic spaces: smoking room, fitness area, spa, hammam, massage room
- Furniture layout: walk-in wardrobes, cupboards, benches, kitchens, wine cellar, utility room, storeroom, etc.
