Contemporary Villa - Vésenaz 1222

Background

EDDIFIS was commissioned as a general contractor to renovate and expand a 3-level contemporary villa dating from 2011 on a 1500 m2 (16,146 sq. ft.) landscaped plot.

The property was bought by a family living on another continent that wanted to move to Europe, settling in Geneva. This villa features large spaces set around a central patio bathed in light. The spaces were redesigned to improve functionality while retaining the outline of the original spaces. The interior design teams’ collavoration has given the house a new dimension without distorting the architect's original work. The selection of materials, the quality of workmanship and attention to detail make this renovation a success.
