Chalet – Crans-Montana 3963

Background

EDDIFIS was commissioned as a general contractor to transform, renovate and expand a 3-level historic chalet dating from 1951 on a 3000 m2 (32,292 sq. ft.) landscaped plot.

The property was purchased as a second home by a family that loves the mountains and wide-open spaces. This spacious chalet is located on an exceptional site facing the Alps, on a large, sunny parcel of land planted with trees. It was a total transformation! The spaces and layout were completely redesigned to gain space and functionality while retaining the chalet’s authentic look. The collaboration between the teams from Eddifis, the architect and the interior designer has given the home a new dimension, uniting wood and technology. The work teams' professional experience, the choice of materials and the quality of the work are what make this transformation a success.
